This intimate six-month group container is designed for early-stage founders, solopreneurs, and wellness practitioners navigating the challenges of limited bandwidth, resources, and the chaos of trying to be everywhere at once.
Moving beyond the "shoulds" and dogmatic frameworks that often lead to burnout, the curriculum focuses on building a sustainable marketing strategy rooted in personal alignment and capacity. The cohort (w/ 4–8 ppl max) offers a supportive, dedicated space to move your vision forward by focusing on what is essential, ensuring your growth is both impactful and considered.

Six months of guided strategy and integration through two monthly virtual group sessions, with ongoing support woven throughout. The first session of each month introduces core concepts and opens space for reflection; the second centers on practical application and collaborative conversation.
Between sessions, participants stay connected through a private group chat — a space for organic discussion, questions, and shared insight as ideas land and integration unfolds. Group size is intentionally small (4–8 participants), allowing for meaningful engagement and a more personal experience.

Cohort participants have the option to book private 1:1 sessions with Trinity during the program. These sessions are designed for moments that call for focused, individualized guidance.
Add-on rate: $375/hour
