FOUNDERS COHORT
This intimate six-month group container offers structured learning, reflective practices, and ongoing support across three core pillars: Inner Alchemy, Embodied Branding, and Aligned Marketing + Business Design.
Through guided sessions and an integrative framework, alongside a thoughtfully selected group of peers, the cohort supports founders in expanding internal capacity and bandwidth while also tending to the practical realities of business development. It offers a space to move vision forward in a way that feels supported and considered, without the burnout that often accompanies periods of substantial growth.

Six months of guided strategy and integration through two monthly virtual group sessions, with ongoing support woven throughout. The first session of each month introduces core concepts and opens space for reflection; the second centers on practical application and collaborative conversation.
Between sessions, participants stay connected through a private group chat — a space for organic discussion, questions, and shared insight as ideas land and integration unfolds. Group size is intentionally small (4–8 participants), allowing for meaningful engagement and a more personal experience.

Deepening self-trust and embodied decision-making by learning to recognize internal guidance and anchor choices in alignment.Month 3: Business Design + Offer Ecosystem
Auditing current offerings and aligning pricing, delivery, and capacity with strategic direction and energetic bandwidth.Month 4: Immersive Brand Architecture
Exploring the emotional and sensory imprint of the brand — how it’s felt, remembered, and experienced from first contact forward.Month 5: Aligned Marketing Strategy + Initiatives
Clarifying how and when the business brings itself to market, including campaign ideas, initiatives, and visibility decisions that align with values, timing, and available capacity.Month 6: Integration + Expansion
Synthesizing the work into a cohesive next-phase direction, supporting thoughtful expansion and continued alignment. -
$250 per month for six months, or $1,350 paid in full.

Cohort participants have the option to book private 1:1 sessions with Trinity during the program (60, 90, or 120 minutes). These sessions are designed for moments that call for focused, individualized guidance — such as navigating a pivot, refining an offer, clarifying brand or marketing direction, or working through a specific decision point.
These add-on sessions are typically reserved for current and past retainer clients and are available to active cohort members on a limited basis.
