EVERY RETAINER INCLUDES:

  • Focused, two-hour working sessions that blend strategic insight with hands-on collaboration. Sessions move fluidly between planning, problem-solving, and real-time application — whether that looks like thinking through strategic direction, reviewing materials, or working through an inner block together.

  • One additional meeting held in reserve, available when timing is critical — during a pivot, an opportunity, or the final stage of a launch.

  • Asynchronous support between sessions via email and voice messages. Designed for quick strategic input, reflection, or navigating unexpected decisions as they arise. Responses are provided within 1–2 business days.

We meet for two hours every other week, allowing for focused collaboration in our sessions and expansive integration periods between meetings. On this path, we meet weekly for 75 minutes (three sessions per month), with the final week of each month held for integration and additional implementation time.
