1) A 3-MONTH RETAINER
A high-touch 3-month engagement offering personalized, thought-partner-level support across internal leadership, business model development, brand experience, and commercial modeling. Trinity's integrative approach helps ensure your vision evolves meaningfully while supporting you to lead from optimal capacity.
EVERY RETAINER INCLUDES:
Focused, two-hour meetings that blend strategy with practical implementation. We'll work on key focus areas, then shift into application: reviewing materials, refining approaches, and establishing clear next steps that build momentum toward goals. Option to meet weekly or every other week, allowing ample time for implementation between sessions
One additional meeting held in reserve, to be used when timing is critical — a pivot, an opportunity, or the final stage of a launch.
Asynchronous support between sessions through email and voice messages. Perfect for quick strategic input, reflecting on insights, or navigating unexpected decisions as they arise. Responses provided within 1-2 business days.
FEE STRUCTURE:
$1,500 per month for bi-monthly (every other week) sessions, or $3,000 per month for weekly sessions. A limited number of reduced-rate partnerships are available for emerging founders.

2) INTENSIVES
Focused 3-hour intensives for strategic direction on one specific area, such as brand positioning, social media, offer refinement, or pricing strategy.
INCLUDES:
-Pre-session intake
-3-hour session

The depth of strategy covered depends on the scope of focus. More complex areas may require additional sessions. For ongoing strategic support, Trinity's Advisory Retainer offers continued partnership.
FEE STRUCTURE:
$1100 per 3-hour intensive.
